Payment
All our payments are processed securely through Paypal. All prices are in pounds sterling (£), and include VAT.
UK Shipping
We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days. If an item should be temporarily unavailable we will notify you immediately and give you a revised delivery time. Delivery costs will be clearly displayed in your shopping cart and vary depending on the size of your order. Free delivery on orders over £25.
International orders
If you are overseas and wish to place an order, please email us with your order. Once we have worked out the shipping costs we will send you an invoice via Paypal.
Christmas delivery
Last day for Christmas orders is 19 December. Any orders placed between 20th December 2010 and 2 January 2011 will be dispatched from 3 January 2011.Returns
We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 21 working days from receipt. We advise that you obtain proof of postage when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Where you return goods within the period specified above (other than as a result of a defect in the goods) you will be responsible for payment of the delivery charges.If an item you have received is damaged please email us within 24 hrs of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent.
Please not that personalised items that are specially made, or ordered, with your choice of name, message or other customized aspect are non-returnable and non-refundable.
