So what is Allihopa’s Retail Delivery Policy?

All deliveries will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form.

We make every effort to deliver all products within the United Kingdom within 2-7 working days of acceptance of the order. Please not non personalized goods tend to be dispatched with 24 hours of an order being place. Personalised items up to 7 days depending upon the product. Where this is not possible we will notify you. This may not apply in respect of deliveries outside UK. Goods are dispatched to you by Royal Mail.

If we cannot deliver your order you have specified for any reasons (other than when we are at fault), we will notify you and store the product. If you wish us to redeliver the products to you, you will need to authorise us to charge your credit/debit card for such a re-delivery. If we do not hear from you within 28 days, we will cancel the order and refund your payment in full to you less any delivery charges we have incurred. Please note that this doesn’t apply to personalised products.

Ownership of the products shall pass to you once we have received payment in full.
