USE OF THE SITE
The Site is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Site.
All orders and purchases made on the Site will also be governed by Product and Terms. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
We may vary these terms and conditions from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.
You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided.
Certain offers are only available for limited period and while stocks lasts. If your order is received after the offer period or the goods are no longer available at the offer price, we will notify you before we dispatch the goods. Refunds for goods purchased under promotional offer will be based on terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected.
The services provided by the Site do not include the provision of the computer or other necessary equipment to access the Site.
The content of the Site is protected by copyright, database and other intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display the content of the Site on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disc ( but not any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the Site without permission from Allihopa Ltd.
No License is granted to you in these Terms and Conditions to use Allihopa designs without limitation.
All prices are expressed in Pound Sterling inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. Payment is made strictly with order. All prices are subject to change without notice.
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you.
We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email shortly after we receive it. You will be charged for the goods and delivery when you place your order. Up until payment, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment the goods and delivery are paid for (and not before), a contract will be made between you and Allihopa Ltd. If we do not accept your order for any reason or the price of the product has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance of it we will email you to advise you of the change. You will then need to resubmit your order.
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel necessary to return an item; we aim to make the return process as simple as possible. All of your purchases at www.allihopa.co.uk are covered by our 7 day unconditional money-back guarantee*. If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for full refund (less any delivery charges). Any cancelled items must be returned in their original condition. Please include in your parcel either your original dispatch note or else a note with your Order No, Name and Address on it. This ensures we have all the information necessary to process your request quickly. We strongly recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit. You might want to send the goods Recorded Delivery. We will refund this charge if the goods are faulty or we were at fault within 30 working days. *Excludes personalised goods.
If you wish to return items please contact us on email@example.com for authorisation reference. Goods will not be accepted for return without a return authorisation reference. Any damaged parcels or breakages must be notified in to us within 3 days of receipt of the goods. We will repay any amounts paid by you to us for return items within 30 days of cancellation.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
Please notify cancellation and changes to your order by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 working days of you receiving an order confirmation email from us. If your order has not been processed then it will be possible to cancel or amend the order as requested. However if the order has been processed and dispatched, then you may wish to return the items for full refund less any carriage charges incurred*. Please note that this only applies to non personalised goods.
You can pay by Mastercard or Visa credit card, Swich, Solo or Delta debit card. Your credit /debit card details will be encrypted to minimise possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order. You will not be charged for items until they are dispatched.
Your credit card details are not seen directly by Allihopa Ltd, but are processed separately through our specialist online secure payment-processing partners Worldpay. Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total piece charged for the relevant items.
